The appropriate material is selected for manufacturing gas-fired furnaces based on different operating conditions and cost requirements. Burners and heat exchangers are crucial components of gas-fired furnaces, and their materials typically require good heat resistance and thermal conductivity. Burners are often made of stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, or cast iron to ensure stable performance under high-temperature combustion conditions. Heat exchangers are generally made of high-quality steel, stainless steel, or cast iron, which improves heat transfer efficiency and extends the equipment's service life.
To improve the durability and safety of the equipment, the outer surface of gas-fired furnaces is usually treated with anti-corrosion measures, such as spraying high-temperature resistant paint or anti-rust coatings. Simultaneously, some sealing components use high-temperature resistant rubber, graphite gaskets, or ceramic materials to ensure good sealing performance under high-temperature conditions. Appropriate material selection not only improves the working efficiency of the gas-fired furnace but also enhances the stability and reliability of its operation.
