Working Principle
You heat the metal, hold it at temperature, then cool it – all under vacuum. That changes the internal structure and makes the metal perform better. Three stages.
Heating. Electric elements do the work. Resistance wires or heating plates. The vacuum pump pulls the air out. You get the vacuum level you need. The metal temperature goes up until it hits your annealing target.
Soaking. Once you hit temperature, you hold it. Keep it steady for a set time. The internal structure changes during this stage. No oxygen means no oxidation and no decarburization.
Cooling. Soak is done, now cool it. Natural cooling, forced air, or water – depends on the material and what you need. Let the vacuum out slowly. The metal comes back to room temperature.

Heating elements are spread evenly inside the chamber. Good layout.
You can add a hot air circulation fan to the cover. That keeps gas and temperature uniform.
A vacuum pump speeds up gas evacuation. Higher gas purity.
You can run protective gas during the cycle. Parts come out with no scale, no oxidation. Internal stress is gone. For iron cores, magnetic properties get better and iron loss drops.
Temperature control is PID based. Automatic power regulation.
