Working Principle
The Trolley forging furnace uses gas fuel as the heat source. Through a professional combustion system, fuel and combustion-supporting air are mixed at an optimal ratio and fully combusted inside the furnace chamber.
The released heat is transferred to the steel ingots or billet workpieces loaded on the car through radiation and convection, heating them uniformly to the required forging temperature, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 1300°C.
The furnace is equipped with a movable car running on rails. During loading, the car moves out of the furnace body for workpiece loading by crane and then moves back into the furnace chamber. After the furnace door closes, a sealed heating environment is formed.
Once heating is completed, the car moves out again for unloading and transportation, forming an efficient operating mode of "fixed furnace body with moving workpieces." Meanwhile, the intelligent temperature control system precisely regulates furnace temperature to ensure process stability.
