Structure
Furnace Body
The lining is all fiber - high-temperature refractory blankets stacked up. Compared to the old brick linings, this one cuts power use by half or more. I've seen customers drop their electric bill by sixty percent. The shell is just steel plate and profiles, welded solid. No complaints about durability so far.
Trolley System
The trolley has a steel frame. Inside it's lined with insulation bricks and then refractory bricks on top. It runs on rails with a reducer and sprocket drive - nothing fancy but it moves smooth.
Sealing between the trolley and furnace body? We use anti-collision bricks plus a handwheel spring-loaded mechanism. When you close the door, it presses tight automatically. Heat stays in. That's the goal.
Heating System
Heating elements are resistance strips along the walls and the door's inner wall. Also resistance wires at the bottom. They hang on high-alumina ceramic screws - holds up fine in high heat.
The bottom plate is cast from high chromium high nickel alloy. Resists oxidation and stays strong. Cost more to make but lasts longer.
Temperature Control
Just a PID controller. Holds temperature within one degree if you set it up right. You can program your heating curve into it and walk away. It'll run the cycle by itself.
