Gas stove maintenance

May 08, 2026

Routine maintenance of gas stoves includes regularly cleaning the burner, heat exchanger, and interior of the furnace to remove dust, oil, and impurities, preventing blockage of gas nozzles or reduced heat transfer efficiency. For household gas stoves, a simple monthly cleaning is sufficient; for industrial gas stoves, regular maintenance based on operating time or production cycles is recommended. Regularly inspect gas pipelines, valves, and seals. Ensure gas pipelines are free of cracks, connections are tight, and valves are flexible and reliable to prevent accidents caused by leaks. Gas pressure, flame status, and temperature control systems should also be regularly checked; any abnormalities should be adjusted or repaired promptly to ensure stable operation within safe limits.

Safety protection devices on gas stoves also require maintenance. Flameout protection devices, temperature sensors, pressure monitors, and alarm systems should be kept in good working order. Worn or aged parts should be replaced promptly to ensure the gas stove maintains high efficiency, safety, and reliability over long-term use. Through scientific and regular maintenance, gas stoves not only have a longer lifespan but also maintain optimal heating efficiency.
