Working Principle
You lower the hood over the base. Fire up the heating system – electric elements or gas burners. The fiber lining has very low thermal mass, so it doesn't soak up much heat. Almost all the energy goes straight into the workpieces. That means fast heating.
When you cool down, the fiber doesn't hold onto heat. So the furnace cools fast too. Shorter cycles overall.
