Working Principle
This one runs on resistance heating. Electric elements turn power into heat. Max rated temperature is 2300°C, but the stable working temp is 2200°C. At that level, you're not messing around.
The chamber is made of high purity graphite or ceramic. Graphite works fine but it outgasses. Ceramic is cleaner but costs more. Pick your poison.
The vacuum system uses a mechanical pump plus a molecular pump. Gets down to 6.7 × 10⁻³ Pa. That's pretty deep vacuum – enough to stop oxidation and contamination at high temps.
You can also run protective atmosphere – argon or nitrogen – if you don't want full vacuum.

Metal products
Optimize physical properties. Improve toughness and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel parts come out with good mechanicals and clean surfaces.
Semiconductor materials
Wafer pre-treatment cleaning, silicon wafer sintering, oxidation processes. You can form an oxide layer on the material surface to stabilize electrical and mechanical properties. This is high precision work – not your typical foundry job.
Glass products
High temp treatment improves glass hardness and mechanical performance. Better wear resistance, better corrosion resistance. But biocompatibility? No. That doesn't fit here. Glass for medical implants is a very specific niche. General glass annealing doesn't involve biocompatibility. I've removed that.
