Working Principle

 

The Fiber Furnace Lining lining works by trapping millions of tiny air pockets within its interwoven fibrous structure. Since still air is an excellent insulator, this structure drastically reduces heat transfer via conduction and convection. The modules are installed under pre-compression; once the furnace is heated, the fibers expand, closing any installation gaps and forming a tight, monolithic lining without joints. This "blanket effect" keeps the heat strictly inside the working chamber and prevents it from escaping through the furnace walls.
