Routine maintenance of a vacuum furnace should begin with the vacuum system, focusing on checking the working condition of the vacuum pump, valves, pipelines, and seals. Before and after use, observe the stability of the vacuum level. If the vacuum drops too quickly or the evacuation time is significantly prolonged, promptly investigate for leaks or aging seals to ensure the system remains in a good sealing condition.

Regularly clean and inspect the heating system and furnace chamber. Heating elements may oxidize or age after prolonged high-temperature operation; check their resistance and appearance to ensure uniform and stable heating. Simultaneously, avoid leaving metal debris, oil, or contaminants inside the furnace chamber to prevent affecting the vacuum environment and workpiece quality.

Strengthen the maintenance of the cooling system and electrical control system. Keep the cooling water circuit unobstructed to prevent blockages or leaks, ensuring effective heat dissipation during high-temperature operation. The temperature controller, sensors, and relays in the control system should also be calibrated and inspected regularly to ensure accurate temperature measurement and sensitive control response, thereby maintaining the long-term stable and safe operation of the vacuum furnace.
