Operating Procedures For Gas Furnaces
Apr 03, 2026
Before starting the gas stove, check that the gas pipeline is unobstructed, the valves are closed, and confirm that there are no flammable materials in the stove body and surrounding environment. When igniting, follow the instructions in the manual: first turn on the air supply, then slowly open the gas valve, and finally use the ignition device to ignite the burner. Ensure the flame is stable before starting normal operation.
During use, keep the burner clean and regularly check the gas pressure, temperature, and flame condition to ensure the stove operates within safe parameters. Never adjust the gas flow rate arbitrarily or block the vents, as this may lead to incomplete combustion, abnormal flue gas emissions, or safety accidents. Also, avoid prolonged no-load operation to reduce energy waste and extend equipment life. Regularly inspect the heat exchanger, ignition device, and safety control system to ensure all components are functioning properly. If you encounter any abnormal odor, abnormal flame, or abnormal pressure, immediately stop using the stove and contact a professional to handle the situation to avoid potential hazards.
